Sunday night I learned something very important: make sure you’re buying regular potatoes unless you want baked sweet potatoes. They were amazing though. Wrap in tin foil, bake at 450 for 45 minutes, add butter and done. Drizzled the corn in garlic butter sauce with cilantro and baked in foil for 25 minutes; it overpowered L with the garlic but it was damned good.The salad was a sweet heirloom tomato, greens mix, cucumber, kidney bean and almond salad. L made the dressing and it was amazing. Almost everything in this meal came from one of our local farmers markets and even if we slept in too late to bike there on Sunday I feel pretty good about that!
