The duck brings up an excellent point

You do realize, Mr. Chavez has an excellent point. By now, I’m sure that everyone has heard about Pat Robertson calling for the US to act on supposed assassination plots that we have brewing somewhere. Now Mr. Chavez is saying that Mr. Robertson’s remarks were indeed terror-inducing and should be covered under the “War on Terrorism” that Mr. Bush is pursuing. I’d say he’s right. I’d also say he deserves to be heard out.

Chavez has done some interesting things dealing with workers’ rights and control of production, news distribution, and the IMF. All in all, I can’t say that openly I disagree with the gentleman, especially after the US sank thousands (probably millions) into helping to have the recall election that failed.
