SKA!!! From New Jersey, no less! I saw these guys during my stint in the Nizzle Jizzle with Big D and they were fantastic. They’re coming to the left coast in August, and have some tracks up on their
myspace page for previewing, and one for download. One of the tracks (
Dirty Mistake) features Dave McWane (BIG D) as dueling vocalist with Shannon. This is really great female fronted ska that bears a resemblance to Save Ferris, but with a more east coast vibe.
