More trouble in Zimbabwe. Mugabe is a terrible person. Of course the “white” members hold a grudge. You’ve forced people off their land with little to no compensation. Redistribution of land is meant to solve a problem, not shift it onto another group. Sadly, this was missed in his plan for the new Zim.
Zimbabwe has become a pet love of mine, due to a good friend of mine being from there. Di is great and helped to open my eyes to the problems in her home. Do some reading, it’s pretty atrocious, what’s happened there. I know that
IDEX does some neat work there, and I got to meet the head of the Zim program at the
NSCAHH conference this year. Neat stuff.
Poorer countries cutting greenhouse gases. Awesome. I wonder why
we can’t do this?
