Well, we’ve been out here a week. So far things are going good. I’m enjoying work a lot, and even met a couple of volunteers there who wanted to keep in touch, which was kind of awesome. The other Americorps folks are pretty cool, but I still feel like the new kid who didn’t go through the training with them.
My body isn’t quite used to the time change. I must be stunted in some way. I’m also sick. Lovely headcold. WOO! Apparently a few people have gotten sick upon changing coasts, so maybe it’s just something in the air. Regardless, it stinks.
But I’m in San Francisco! Which is awesome. That’s about it. Woo!
