I got my EZPASS statement today. This statement encompasses only trip out of the state of New Jersey. It’s hard to believe it was over a month ago that I packed up everything I owned there, moved out of my apartment and headed home. It’s kind of odd how so much in your life can change so quickly.
Ah, anyways. Things in my life that I can’t change. There’s a lot of them. I think sometimes we’re programmed to think out our life years in advance, and when change comes, we’re not sure how to deal with it. It’s not that I can tell you what I thought I’d be doing right now, but I know that it wasn’t being stuck here back at home, waiting either to move away and get a new job, or that I was in severe decision avoidance mode.
Due to
Clint’s recent arrival back from Scotland, I’ve got this twitching in my brain. He said that one of his plans is to head west and spend some time working in San Francisco, and maybe living on
Sean’s couch. Now there’s a job available protecting openspace out there, and I would really love to go someplace different, someplace warm. This is all kind of building up after
other people I know jetted west as well. Decision making just seems to be a problem with me lately.
I am filling out Grad School apps today, plus I have the substitute teaching class today. For some reason I just want to move west and get a job though.
Weird.
